Great work there!!!

The bumper mods in front, do you have any better pics on that?

I to need to get the temp down and this seems to be the right way.

The work is going exactly how I imagine a perfect G40 turbo. And the choice for a BOV gives you my admirations. I know it's not cheap, but I think that the money are spend in the right way.

Greetings, keep good work  8)

Cheers for the kind words  :)

Been outside for the first time in ages today- going for a custom downpipe and backbox tomorrow at JP Exhaust (who do all our Polo-PP systems).

Not much left to do now, following the exhaust I've got to wire in my Zeitronix wideband, fit driveshafts, and run all the brake lines.

Diffuser still has plenty of clearance on and off trailer (unlike front bumper..)

Interior now done:

Nuff camber:

Tucked up overnight:

Looking good for BVF then?

Yoof

Got the exhaust done today, 3" downpipe leading to a 2.5" mid section and backbox. Really happy with the quality (as usual for JP) and hopefully it should be under 98dB.

Cheeky little pipe:

All TIG welded of course :)

Are those solid pipes coolant pipes ?? If so have you just grazed banjo fittings on the end, and what sort of bore size are they ?? They look realy smart I think realy smarten up the bay

Yoof

Ant- they're TIG welded onto the banjos, diameter is approx 10mm, probably 8mm ID.

Boost pipe back on now, and a few more bits tidied up:

Looking jaw droppingly saliva drippingly gorgeous yoofy!

Can't wait to see it in the metal!

Hey. After a quick update a see your always stepping up the game down there!
I was wondering if you could give a little advise on the geometry set up,
Have your subframe set up and was wondering what people run or you suggest running on caster and toe settings. I have no camber adjustment.

Also when you done crank timing you find it was out and how much?

Thank you ..
