looks like it :(

just not sure how often a would do it ..

might jump up to 68 or 70mm

with 1341 bottom end and ported big valve head plus stage 4 charger and all the other bits ill break 200bhp its lookin like anyway!

Oh theres a 241HP 86c polo running g60 with 65mm pulley.. :)

I think i remember someone saying that they did it every 3 k or something daft. But it all depends on how you drive it. The g60 wont like going up to 7k revs. Im sure if you used it as a daily it would be fine for prob 10k.

i dont have much amazing to update but !

A new fuel pump.. inline fuel pump used on bmw M3 / m5 /  635 csi



Also new 51mm throttle body kindly supplied but justin1400

Boost tunnel ported


few more things to arrive.. but i am making progress :) .

Oh man that porting work looks great.... ;) I say spray it up with high temperature aluminium enamel - unless the rest of your bay is polished it might look out of place!

Well.. The rocker is polished..
That's all!!..
Kinda wanna polish.. Unsure how too..
Just using wet n dry up to 2000grit might not give the desired effect.

just to drop the Block off to AGRA, bore 2mm .. crank inspected.
