with 1341 bottom end and ported big valve head plus stage 4 charger and all the other bits ill break 200bhp its lookin like anyway!

Oh theres a 241HP 86c polo running g60 with 65mm pulley..

I think i remember someone saying that they did it every 3 k or something daft. But it all depends on how you drive it. The g60 wont like going up to 7k revs. Im sure if you used it as a daily it would be fine for prob 10k.

Oh man that porting work looks great.... I say spray it up with high temperature aluminium enamel - unless the rest of your bay is polished it might look out of place!

Kinda wanna polish.. Unsure how too..
Just using wet n dry up to 2000grit might not give the desired effect.
