Hello chaps. I am able to supply (while stocks last) the gaskets that fit between the throttle body and the boost return Tee piece. VW do not list this gasket. They measure 47mm ID. I am also able to offer these for overbore 51mm throttle bodies, with the inlet gaskets to match respectively.

The gasket material is fairly thin almost the same as the standard green. I've given him some slightly thicker paper to make some more in case these don't suffice.

Can offer these for £3 each posted. If anybody needs one just drop me a pm.

Andy

You can see how accurate the copy is by the slight stagger on the gasket under the original.

Wheel Studs

I also have another batch of wheel studs available. Thought i'd try and keep all my products in one post ;)

Spec:

M12x1.5 (also M14 if anyone needs for a 5 studder).

12.9 Tensile (reduced slightly for cad plating)

Rolled threads.

These measure 65mm overall.

From the back of the shoulder to the end of the threads measures 40mm, the shoulder measures 5mm and is 12mm in diameter, so that the thread stops against it and gives it something to bite up against. 15mm threaded section into the hub, leaving a 5mm turned nose to help the thread start square-on and prevent cross-threading.

I have used a set of these studs from the first batch I had made. These had an even shorter unthreaded shoulder; circa 2mm. I ran these for several thousand miles on my MK1 golf unplated and copper slipped. I torqued them to 25 lb/ft and applied threadlock. I haven't had one come loose on me yet!

I have sold a few sets to various people and so far; touch wood, I have had no complaints. I sold a set to Ben - Polomon on the G40 forum; who was pleased with them. As far as im aware he hasn't had any issues with them.

Price

Due to the small volume production and the strive for a quality product capable of everyday use, but good enough for high performance work on the track. The cost of these is high and has increased with plating. I can offer these for:

£60 a set of 16.

And a shot of the M14 studs next to the M12's. These fit 5 stud VW's such as VR6 models etc.

These measure 80mm overall, 20mm threaded section in the hub. Price on these will be:

£85 a set of 20.

Right, got some 51mm ones for those needing.

These are slightly thicker paper than the first batch.

Drop us a pm, Got 4 of the 51mm gaskets left. Will get some more cut asap. Trying to find a source for the paper in 1m square or ideally 1500mm square to make the process less labour intensive than setting the machine up for a 300mm square sheet.

Can now offer the paper water pipe gaskets, these were obsolete last time I tried the Dealership. Also throttle body to inlets gaskets. These were taken from a GT template, not sure if the G40 type differs?

cheers, got my elbow one - very quick turnaround!

ETKA lists the wrong gasket for waterpipe - its a mk2 one (not sure if this is what you asked for).

For the 51mm throttles you may find that the gasket needs trimming (and top of inlet porting) to allow for flow of the 51mm throttle.
