What's needed:
Adapter plate,
New pulleys or use a spacer on your ones, (you'd probably want a larger pulley than you use now.)
New pipework,
Bigger intercooler,
MAP sensor + map
Big balls.
Check german ebay for an adapter but there is one here that has a tensioner which would be better than the ones on germany ebay:

Oh, and it would probably want a rebuild with those High RPM bearings, but we dont really know how long they last though.

i'll chase my supplier for the high rpm bearings again.

can use zz shielded bearings (not rubber sealed) which are much higher rpm. However someone on dubforce said that as they are only shields and not seals, his started whinning and needed changing every 1,000 miles!

I think these special high RPM bearings had viton seals on them - I heard those metal ones end up loosing all their grease quick.

That G60 looks very complicated, no boost return is the boost controlled via a dump valve? What sort of power is that running?

65mm, you know it makes sense....

Regarding FMIC- mine's a custom one, so not much help, however I do have one from my Emtech turbo kit I'm not using, core is plenty thick and it's for big power turbo applications, so should be mroe than adequate for this  :)

im pretty much in the exact same boat..
been weighing up the pro's and con's...
but ive decided to keep my ibiza for the rest of the year and polo for summer..

I will have 2x superchargers up for sale.
1 standard with roughly 10k on it
the other is the r1 charger a bought from 'yoof' a while back which has done exactly the run in miles which it was sold at.
