Isit a toothed pully or a 65mm twinV, if its the twin V just loosen of the charger, unhook the belts and remove the pully with a chainwhip, sorta like a pushbike chain, it holds the pully whist you undo the bolt holding the thing on, only change the belts if they need changeing, no point in throwing money away! o and when you put the bolt back in locktite it in, last thing you want is it coming loose!

Its a 65mm twinV. The chain whip like the ones used to get oil filers off that are crap? ha

Yeah cheers for the advice,

How would it run without a chip to suit?

Cheers
Rich

Wrap an old bit of V belt round the pulley before using the oil filter chain wrench thing to avoid damaging the pulley.

yes you can run it without a chip, it'll make less power though.

You can also use a G-clamp on the pulley which is a good method.
