im not saying your wrong, im just suprised
Yeah, doesn't sound like it mate

I don't get why it's so hard to believe?
I've filled up £10, 3 times in the last couple of weeks and every time I get 1/4 of a tank and have got 120 miles! I got 122 miles on Sunday before I full tanked her!
I've only recently reached the 300 mark on a full tank but that's with some lead foot driving... I've just filled her up again, so I'll let you know how many miles I got this time! Probably be Monday now cause I'll use all tha fuel over weekend :)

I don't think you are lying but perhaps over-estimating the mileage you're doing or something.  You can't ignore the fact that 56mpg in a g40 is crazy and just isn't possible unless you're doing not much more than coasting downhill all the time.  Or you are getting very cheap petrol somehow!

yup its impossible, your reading something wrong, im sat here trying to see how, maybe your forgetting the extra 50miles you can do above the gauge reading?

again im not saying your wrong, your just reading something incorrect to give you the wrong readings...

why cant you understand that 56mpg is impossible?

if you come out with an impossible answer then surely it's obvious your working-out was wrong?

but i do understand if your just telling how it is, but again we are just trying to find out where you went wrong :D

i have 2 lift pump gauges for sale if you want one lol

I understood the 56mpg being impossible comment the first time I read it, I was just saying what my car told me, I apolosgise for not acknowledging that or coming across like I don't believe any of you - Especially you Daniel
I hope this clears up the situation
