i dont think dan is being patronising or agressive...there is no way a g40 is getting 56mpg..its as simple as that...lets wait and see as you said when your tank is empty and see what you get.. :)

to ten pounds .... 8-) i get around 20miles with all boost.
and round 50miles with grittin teeth

i think the cars helish on fuel... but i dont care! not at all lol
i love the car the fuelin is just a small price to pay to octane boost it past someone haha

I get about 40mpg+ in my g40 driving normally but its near standard so not really suprising.

started to use to potter round and motorway driving.switch it to petrol for boooost
done g40 rr day on both.

well in reality of course it wont be anywhere near 50mpg as you get less mpg from LPG than normal petrol (as it has a lower calorific value) but because it's like half the price that more than makes up for it.

I get anywhere between about 22-27 mpg in my G40 which has been rolling roaded with 150bhp. I dont think thats too bad really. If I do long journeys on the motorway though, crusing around 60-70, I get up to around 30

the difference between doing a nice long journey and lots of starting in the morning and going to work and back in fuel consumption is quite considerable i find!  feel like the gauge is lower everytime i start the bleeding thing and when it gets past the 1/4 mark it flies down!!  if im driving for a long period it seems to last a lot longer!

if he gets 56mpg awesome :) ill be the first one to but his car when it sells (showing that it does do this mpg)
