how accurate the rollers where on the test car etc

rollers seemed accurate and consistent. Pete's totally standard g40 made like 95 at the wheels which is more or less bang on the money for a standard g. In comparison Varley's 1W made 167bhp est at the fly and in the same spec it made 165bhp at the fly at Aldon at a previous rr day

Why is RAE's car less power than the standard one of pete's?

is it cause its running a standard chip? so the fueling isn't correct?

Always thought that the 65mm pully made a decent difference?

Rollers were spot on Dennis- unless someone alters the correction factor, they're very rarely out.

because it's running poo... i've a disitegrating rotor arm too...
i've a compression test to do... and to hook up the boost gauge again

the 65mm pulley caused mine to go lean at top end as it was standard chip...

also, i'm on an "8P" box until i fit the "ATV" - if that alters the readings at all?

mine just needs some love - i've not had it long and had no time to tinker!!!!

Was thinking might be something like that, im sure a perfectly running car must have some good power compared to a not good running one!
