Thanks mate, before i shell out can anyone tell me what the fitments like?
Im worried it will stick down a bit and hit all the speed bumps
the one i have on now touches the gearstick box, havnt seen any pics of it on a car, and would like to see before a shell out £600 odd

Going out on a limb, it's the best fitment for an off the shelf system you can get, unless Haysey has fitted it, and then it's about the worse thing.

63mm is a fair old size of pipe to fit down a Polo tunnel, and the weight of stainless systems will stress rubbers more. The system/manifold has one sleeve joint at the manifold/system and one flange joint post mid section, so there's a small degree of freedom the exhaust can be tweaked.

We farted around with the manifolds for a long time, various different designs for clearance with different toothed belt kits, and the charger position with No.1 exhaust runner, ended up with something that's the most clearance possible, without impeding flow.

This was the first design:

Second design with greater clearance to Cyl 1 runner:

These are a single piece and both the exhaust and manifold have lambda bosses.

Cheers

Pete

They look gorgeous! Thanks for posting that, id personally prefer the second design to give more charger clearance
yeah thats what i found with mine 2.5" doesnt fit too well in the tunnel. You got any pictures of the amount of ground clearance as thats my biggest concern
thanks mate

What do you recommend in the way of rubbers Yoof (ooh er) for the PPP system? I'm assuming you arent using the stock hangers anymore?
