drivers side engine mounting plate os this correct??

got some ploy engine mounts to fit so i bought some.engine mounts so i can do a same day direct swap the one on the left is the.lower gearbox mount but the other one looks different to a "normal" engine mount for the drivers side as the holes are 14.3mm and its go some weird shape cut outs around the edge all looks original doesn't look like the edges have been ground or cut looks like they gave been pressed from sheet metal from the factory.

can any one shed and light on this as the one that's in my car currently isn't that shape and doesn't have huge holes in it.
