After a G40!!! Where to Look?

Hi, As title really. Im saving for a G! In about 8 weeks time I'll be ready. I'm wanting one as standard as possible and don't mind any minor work. That over with, Ive posted on here and Club Polo. Any other ideas where I can place a wanted ad? Ive definitely got the Bug as to say and I find myself trawling the internet everyday .
Any suggestions guys much appreciated. I've got a few already replied that I'm keeping in mind but just generally searching to see whats out there.

well you've already found the two best places to find G40s.  Also keep an eye on Pistonheads classifieds and of course, ebay.

Perhaps even check autotrader, maybe people still sell g40s on there.

But there's probably only something like 200 original g40s left on the road and far, far less still in standard form.  So you'll have to be patient and willing to travel for a good one

Last week there was a few for sale but I'm only getting my money this Saturday from selling my escort, and now there's only one for sale on Internet

On eBay there is a 90k standard car for £1650 starting with no bids

Hi thanks for replies. I was really interested in the one on ebay but it was sold last night. Gutted! I dont mind work ie mechanical/bodywork It can kinda be a project. Just not stupidly damaged :$ I'll have to keep looking.

Yep you and me both mate, it could take awhile but should be worth it aslong as we don't rush and buy any old thing
