Try using belt dressing spray, it will help them grip a little - or try tensioning them again. are you using the right size belt? needs to be 8mm wide and not the usual 10mm.
Toothies, few german places do them - i made my own but they are steel and quite heavy. I'm trying to find a supplier to make some ali ones like the PSD set up was - so i might be able to get some in a few months depending on costs ect.

I havent re newed the belts since the normal pulley was on, so ive oredered some from VW

I ran 65mm v belts for about a year and didn't have a problem with belt slip. fresh belts + belt dressing + plenty of tension = no problem. What lenth breaker bar are you using to tension the charger?

The hardest bit about fitting a pulley is changing the chip in the ECU. You can't justchange the pulley on it's own you need to change the ECU chip as well. You can buy pulley chip packages off german ebay or various tuning sites as listed in this post http://www.polog40.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,5352.0.html
