white smoke isn't going to be oil, it's normally steam.  Are you sure it's not using any water at all?  It only takes a small amount of water to make a hell of a lot of steam.  It could be something as daft as condensation inside the exhaust if the car has been stood a while.

thanks hayesey for the advise na pressure tested it today didnt lose water, whats is a good compression reading??

I think the wear limit is 7 bar, it's in the haynes manual.

Thanks mate oh is it cool, i got 9.5 Bar on all cylinders so guess thats ok
