Hmm, surely a gap around the edge of the butterfly can be compensated for via the idle control screw?

Exactly the case with mine, idle screw fully down and it still ticked over high.

hi just to let people know i,ve just had my throttle body enlarged by jaun and he has done a great job and in good time aswell. i know some of you have given him a bad review but in my case he was really good to deal with and i also know someone else that has just had their throttl body done also and he had a really good service from him also
