Which Lambda probe?
« on: September 25, 2009, 01:57:55 am »
OK, so finally found my running problems, unplugged the lambda and its running MUCH better!

Looking on ETKA, there are 2 lambda sensors.

030 906 265J - PY, AAU, 3F, NZ

and

030 906 265N - PY for models without catalyst... ]

I have a decat pipe so would it be better to get the second one? Will it even make a difference?

Thanks!

the second is one for the euro ECUs which were preprogrammed to run without a cat (as laws over there didn't need one).

Use a standard catted one.

The only difference will be cable length - the actual sensor should be the same.

thats what i thought after i posted.  Most lambdas are very similar anyway, just the plug on the end.
