W5DPO replacement

The W5DPO is GBP 45 apiece over here in Hungary and of course it is for order only... so I'm looking for a replacement spark plug.

I've read through almost every possible topic in Google, tecdoc... all.

Now it seems to me that the NGK BPR7EIX is the correct replacement. I'm not trying to be a cheapskate, but that GBP 180 has better place than some overpriced spark plugs.
2 yrs ago it was GBP 15. I don't know what happened. Is that not available...?

So, will I be fine with the  BPR7EIX?

you will be OK with BPR7EIX, in fact some people prefer them to the W5DP0 (which I don't think are available any more anyway, they got replaced with a slightly different part code).

I use BPR8EIX in mine which are equivalent to W4DP0.  Only really necessary if you are running a lot of boost (e.g. turbo instead of supercharger).

A read through a gadzillion topics ... and even the mentioned BPR7EV went out of production. Good to know there is something to replace with that works well.
