Headbolts and Cam Bearing Torque Figures

I ain't got a haynes manual as i am too tight to buy one so can anyone tell me the torque figures for the headbolts and camshaft caps please.

Also what is the sequence for the headbolts? I usually start from the middle.

Hi Robin,
           Taken from my Haynes Manual.


Torque Wrench Settings                  Nm                              ibf ft
Cylinder Head Bolts (engine cold):
Stage1.........................................40                              30
Stage2.........................................60                              44
Stage3 (angle tighten)....................+ One half-turn (180*), OR + two quarter-turns (2X90*)

Camshaft Bearing Cap Nuts
Stage1........................................6                                 4
Stage2 (angle tighten)...................+ one quarter-turn (90*)

ps, the 180 in brackets is degree`s as you will know but i didn`t know how to do the little degree circle so used the star instead.
