I ain't got a haynes manual as i am too tight to buy one so can anyone tell me the torque figures for the headbolts and camshaft caps please.

Also what is the sequence for the headbolts? I usually start from the middle.

Fred

ps, the 180 in brackets is degree`s as you will know but i didn`t know how to do the little degree circle so used the star instead.
Hope that all helps Robin and if you need owt else from Manual then let me know and i`ll scan it on me flatbed scanner for you. (probably naughty)
