i think he means honed not rebored!

What Pete said, plus they will source all the bearings for me! 1272 is plenty enough for me! Plus if i spend any more on the car I may have to declare bankruptcy

So been getting the motor rolling again to my parents amazement, think they may be sick of loooking at a shell

Firstly rebuilding the front legs with all new/resprayed parts (apart from some pikey apex springs)

and the car as she stood at the beginning of the weekend

One PPP stage 2 fitted, not an easy job but worth it. one of the chassis legs was slightly twisted

And voilllla

So with it rolling i took it to my mates for the sills to be welded and engine bay where it had cracked.
one pallet and a forklift later:

Pretty jealous of the workshop he has on his farm.

Poor photo but the work is good.

So the time has come, its off for a paint job, i have sourced new wings and drivers door, passenger door was courtesy of Steve lea and its a beaut. Plus when i picked it up i got to have a good perv at his L reg G which has focused me on getting mine finished and back on the road.

Pikey number plate

of course the sun was shining and so with cardboard in my windows i set off for stevenage

Most of the engine rebuild parts are on order now, so July is the month of the engine rebuild

So today is a dark day in the world of G40's, however this spot had some monstrous cranes, car weighed in at 240kg with all panels minus the wings

The engine lives on, but sadly we are down one more tornado red G40.
