Wow this is pretty off topic!
By the time I got there in '03 it was all about The Colosseum (Colly), Carey's (Scaries), Diva and Ikon (Pi-kon). The SU saw a facelift in 2004/2005 which by all accounts was £70,000 wasted. Lived all around the east and south of the city in 6 different places lol.

Aha Scholars! The only place in the world you can drink a bottle of Lambrini through a curly straw and not look a tool - because everyone else is doing it too!

Yeah, G's was down at the bottom, same bit that had Virgin Megastore on it, with the escalator outside upto the 2nd floor of it, Cathedral Lanes i think?  G's shut in 1999 i think.
