Another bloody clutch cable!

This is getting annoying. Gone through about 5 clutch cables since owning my polo. This last one lasted about 1500 miles with a paddle clutch.

Can anyone remember where to get hold of the guy on club polo who got wee metal ends made up to replace the plastic ends?

They were about £20 but I'd pay double that just to prevent my clutch cable from snapping ever again! Happened at a really busy junction. Had to stop, but couldn't get going again until someone helped push me while I started in 2nd gear.... Pain in the ass!

Hi i have had some metal ends made last month £25 if you want one plus postage

i carried a spare in boot til i had them made
