Polo g40 to g60 oil feed and return

Putting a g60 charger on my g40 can I have oil lines made up or do they have to be a certain length ?

I'd look into getting some made to fit, but they could cost a lot.

G40 standard one will more than likely be too sort. I know the G60 has a really long oil feed so you could just buy one of them as it should be plenty in length.

Have you looked into a standalone oil system?

g40 and g60 feeds on their respective engines are the same part!

so maybe a stock feed will fit... then extend the drain with some hose.

I've just fit my G60 and as Pete said the oil feed is fine, for the drain I bought some hydraulic hose with the same internal diameter cut it to length and that seems to be working fine.

Thanks guys think I'm gunna have some made up as then my be able to hid the lines a bit more

i'd ensure they are exactly the same diameter, as they regulate oil flow.
