It's still very soon after Christmas so I'm sure we will have some more interest sometime soon ;-)
Z3i don't worry we can't get it without you paying at the same time lol

physicsfool

Yeah I am in no rush. G probably won't be back on the road until summer time.

Agent47

I could be number 5? Just have to get said flywheel off the spare engine and i should be good to go.

Ben.lopo

physicsfool

Sorry chaps, I will have to bail just sent mine off as i thought this wouldn't be on for awhile.

z3i

I would need a flywheel too dude, unless one comes up

Ben.lopo

I still gotta get the one off my genesis :-) not taking my gearbox off the g for a little while ( I don't wanna do it again! ) last time I forgot the release bearing and remembered as I was doing up the battery connections (the last bit!) lol

z3i

You forgot the release bearing? Lol
Genesis ones have 180mm clutches, g40 are 200mm ones
Not sure if the flywheel is bigger?

PeteG40

the flywheels are the same for all late mk2s and mk3s.

Ben.lopo

Lol yep I almost cried Id just taken the 085 gearbox off to put my atv back on and found out the clutch housing is to small off the mk2 and put new fast road clutch in after all the bits I thought wher the same turned out they are not , it's all been a learning curve tho love it really

mark_crox

Hi Pete,

is it only Mk2/3 ones your do. I'm currently looking to get a Mk4 one done.

PeteG40

He could probably do it bit arent mk4 ones likeba huge beefy mk3?
