if you wanted a 65mm twin v belt pulley i got one, £40 posted if your interested.

Yes chager sorry,
umm i would but is it best to rebuild the charger before fitting a smaller pulley.
What would need to be set up to fit one.
Chip to suit?

need a chip to suit ideally yes.  Charger service depends on the mileage of the charger since it's last service or if there are any signs of oil leakage or any other issues with it such as rattling or vibrations.
