whats the top speed u've seen?

just out of interest, what is the top speed everyone has seen on there G40 clocks?
i know they are not accurate at high speed and wheel/tyre size comes into it to but am just interested to see.
mine,
up hill = 130mph
on a flat = 135mph
down hill = 141mph with revs off the the red line.

Mines just a Genesis so I my speedo only goes to 120, but I had the needle all the way around until it was pointing vertically down, covering the 'MPH' at the bottom. It was still going but I bottled it.

Me, back when it was standard, knocking on the door of 130 downhill, it was struggling to give any more.

145 slip streaming a subaru about 2 years ago, never bothered with top end speed after that to be fair, all the fun to be had 0-60 :-)

'Seem to remember that video on Youtube when someone hit the limiter in 5th, something like 153mph on the clock. Scary and bloody stupid - but brilliant nonetheless!

Every year at work some guys go to le mans, and last year one of the engineers had just got a fancey evo, brand new thing, and 4 up they saw 170 on the speedo in france. Dunno how accurate that is but its tramming some for sure. Shortly after that he got caught speeding at about 120 and the french po took his liscence off him and wouldnt let anyone go till they got 500 euros in cash.
