whats the top speed u've seen?

Had 280kmh in a 911 Turbo years ago on a german Autobahn. was before the days of GPS, so just on Porsche speedo.

i will have to get my finger out and build this other engine which has just over 100 000 miles less on the engine to increase the compresion and get a bit more oumph to try get the 150 mark.
does the atv box get to 150-160mph?

I have only had 120mph out of mine as it has got a GT box in it, does get there quick though!

Is there any way to tell an 8p from an ATV as my car was orginaly a gt but has been g40 converted nt sure wich box I've got though and as I'm doing an engine swap soon if it's an 8p I would like to change it to an atv whilst it's out but the cars not running at the moment are there any markings on the box I can look for ??

130mph with standard wheels/tyres etc until i bottled it must of been a few more mph's left in the ode girl thow,
my mate in a fiat uno turbo at the time had a snooper and that was saying 130

I had 131mph on the clock in the G. Been 160mph on the back of my mates R1.. thats fairly scary!

While we are passing around high speed story. Over 180km towards Calais in France we averaged 140mph in a Porsche 968 convertable two years ago on a "pass bashing" trip to Italy / switzerland with my dad.
