Turboing My G40

It first started off in life as a 1991 GT
Bought it of my brother for £300

Managed to souce a G40 engine fitted that and run for about a year untill the supercharger decided it wanted to break so found it an excuse to fit a K03 turbo.

Got alot of it done so far

Parts still need fitting:
Bigger intercooler (Needs plumbing in)
~~Rest of Exhaust (downpipe back)~~
~~Dump valve~~
~~Injectors~~
~~Chip~~
~~Cam~~
~~Water feed/return to turbo~~
~~Oil Feed~~
~~Oil return~~
~~Oil Cooler~~
+ few other bits

Now i've fitted the dumpvalve and also the intercooler do you reakon its big enough

Had to move the radiator to the left about an inch so i could fit the boost pipes through

dont be runnig too much boost through that interwarmer!

plastic end caps blow of around just over a bar, just dont want that as it might cause over boost an pull your turbo to bits.

Plastic end caps, what u mean??? on the intercooler??
