nothing on https://www.volkswagen-classic-parts.com/ so I suspect non existent unless a new old stock one pops up on ebay.

probably best to get new ones fabricated, not particularly complex parts

I don't think they're available anymore. VW used to sell, have you asked VW? I'm not aware of any pattern ones.

hmm, this plus your lights not working, I think you've got a problem with the wiring to the back of the dash pod. Take it out and have a look at the wiring. Are there any other issues with it? warning lights coming on, rev counter stopping working etc...?

the bulbs are like this:

they just twist and pull out from the back of the dash pod

you have to tilt forward the dash pod - (speedo/clock/rev counter)  and the two bulbs are on the top edge
