Running problems...PLEASE HELP

Hi guys, not been using my G for about a month as its been in the garage waiting for some h&r springs to arrive but im back using it again

The problem starts with the idle, on start up and slow running it will be a good 800-900rpm and the overrun would be nice and quick but after putting your foot down a little bit the idle will rise to 1200 constantly and the overrun becomes very sluggish. This disappears with turning the engine on and off, THEN when slowly driving and around 3000rpm it will splutter and feel like its about to cut out but just continues. With more revs it disappears but definitely not feeling right.

Really need my g40 running well as its my daily driving at the moment, so any advice or help would be magic

oh and it was at the garage recently but annoying every time they took it out it never happened.

Im thinking throttle bodies, but thats a guess

I'd start with swapping the coil out....
