The B6 is for up to 40mm drops, and the B8s are for lower than 40mm drops.
The B8s paired with a good set of springs create an excellent kit that will annihilate an H&R cup kit in all area's for example. Please see the other thread for the B12 kit (B8 + Eibach) and my own B13 kit - a 60mm drop with KW springs both £470 delivered.
