Thanks cool g40wila im defiantly going ahead with this now just looking for the right golf. By the looks of your pic you still have the charger and im guessing the standard g40 mount? how did you mount this to the golf? did you weld on the golf mount to the g40 mount like grunge mentioned earlier? or did you cut the golf's chassis about and weld in a polo mount?

Yeah like grunge said, cut and weld, I wish I was more computer literate and I could put pictures on here, my birds quite savvy so I'll ask her to help, but  need to find the pics off an old hard drive. I'll put a photo bucket link soon as I can.
