Hi folks

I've had my polo since 2001 now but reluctantly feel the time is sadly here to let her go and move on.
Was my daily driver until around 6 years ago and since then only used sparingly for a few weeks in summer.

1341 conversion by PSD inc full rebuild - one of the initial conversions by Liam and the car was kept and tested in their care during its running in phase.  
88k on clock and chassis; only around 12k since this conversion in which the head and bottom end were fully rebuilt by PSD.
Full blend Glader, standalone charger oil feed system (kinder on charger oil seals as runs at constant low temp & psi), toothed pullies (65mm single v-belt system currently fitted), PSD map, cam, G60 injectors, big valved & ported PSD head, GT flowed inlet, aquamist system, breather catch-tank, Mocal oil cooler, larger throttle body, 4 branch manifold, Supersrprint Exhaust (OEM box is currently fitted), Jabba Induction Kit & heatshield (OEM Airbox is currently fitted with K&N panel) 256mm front brake conversion with new calipers and braided hoses, bigger master cylinder, Helix organic clutch, koni adjustables with H&R springs, Salzmann topmounts, lower strut braces, ARB blocks, 14" BBS RAs, Yoko A539s with almost full tread, coded bumpers, spoiler and mirrors.  Also German market G40 optional leather steering wheel, boost gauge.

Many OEM parts replaced for genuine VAG new in ownership e.g. Alternator, TCAs,  rear brakes, rear beam bushes, front G40 grill badge etc.  Installed OE front-fogs (require re-wiring).

Always run on Quantum Synta 10w40 and changed at <5000 miles with genuine filters.

Cambelt, waterpump, Charger timing belt changed last summer.  Despite big spec is a discreet looking G which is how I think they look best (hence reversion to standard rear box and filter).  I have kept a few magazines in which the car was featured in one or two articles etc.

Made 160 bhp on standard v-pulley after conversion so this is approx the power I would quote in current setup with 65mm v-pulley standard induction.  In full glory made 195 bhp + on supplied toothed pullies, induction, exhuast and aquamist system in subsequent RR shootout, so one of the quicker ones still true to a G40 charger.  I'd prefer to quote 185 to be conservative but will dig out the RR print out for the above if I can find it.

Body and interior VGC and the car always attracts positive comments at shows or when rarely unleashed in public

£3500. Based in South East in Bucks near High Wycombe (M40, M4)

Be nice to sell it to someone who can ensure it is well looked after and kept within the G40 community.
It will be a shame to see it go after all these years but I don't have the ongoing resource or storage space to keep it garaged.

Anyone know if my old G is still in force? Sold it locally but then it was resold soon after and headed north somewhere.

Doesn't seem to be taxed or MOT'd currently so hope it hasn't ended up in G heaven  just yet :'(

I saw it last year in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. Think my brother has seen it parked outside a house in that area too.
