Seat - rail mounts

Basically have a set of seats, came new with "universal" rails..
Now a basically need something to bolt them too..

Av seen a few strut types welded in place..
Have these all been manufactured at home or can anyone supply?

Quite badly need these seats mounted properly!

Coz my dads idea is just bolt the universal rails to the floor, and cut out the 'hump' at the front of the seat..

rally design supply seat mounts to weld into the car for mounting bucket seats
