Mk2/3 Battery Tray
« on: May 26, 2012, 09:01:10 pm »
As title, I got a hole in mine. Does anyone have a repair panel or able to cut a good one out of a scrap car?

When I decided todo mine, I couldn't find a repair panel, I made 1 out of a nice thick bit of sheet metal, maybe that's the route to take!

I was going to say take a trip down to any good metal working, or car body shop and ask them what they can do.

Thanks for the replies, the car is not on the road so i can afford to give it a little time to see if something comes along.

thats a mk1, not sure how good they fit.  I did buy one once they were about £20 from beevers!

I'm following up suppliers for mk2/3 ones very shortly... but may take some time.
