I've put together a full table of every part for the block and head for a full rebuild excluding electrical/sensors (ill do a seperate one for those)  it would be good however if i could get the torque settings too and add this to the sheet.  Then i'll email it to hayesey who hopefully can put it on here as a downloadable document?

i was thinking  torque settings for:

head bolts
crank bolt
fly wheel bolts
main end caps
big end nuts/bolts
sump bolts
rocker cover bolts

and any others that available?

engine only please

The head bolts are bolted with that way:
 10 4 2 6 8
  7 5 1 3 9

Main bearings: 1st stage 33NM 2nd stage 65NM
Big end bearings 1st 30NM 2nd 90 degrees
Flywheel bolts 25NM
Camshaft pulley 6NM+ 90 degrees
