Good effort... guessing the metal part is just the spring for the apex seals? I'd get that charger cracked open in the hope its salvagable... Be interrsted to see the inside of the chatger...

Did it sound any different? What caused you to have a poke around?

Just curious to see if this was the reason you pulled it apart or if you were just doing it as matter of course and came across that shrapnel?

dk had similar with one of his chargers.... and so have I in the early days... the metal tends to be bits of scroll!!!

My boost pressure dropped from around 0.8 bar to 0.3 afew weeks ago, oils always been leaking from around that function so thought I would have a look!
