Fuel Pressure
« on: March 15, 2012, 01:11:17 am »
So during the rebuild I added a fuel pressure regulator, just wanting to know what to set the fuel pressure to ?

Ill be using a PPP chip so I'm unsure if ill need to alter it ? Or if the chips designed to run off standard fuel pressure.

Cheers,

Nicky

it should be 3 bar at 0 psi pressure.  it needs to be a vacuum operated one to work the same as the standard one, I'd have left the standard one in to be honest.  Standard one will reduce pressure when there is vacuum in the engine and increase pressure above 45 psi when there is boost pressure.
