hello i need to take injectors out of inlet manifold (i think they are the right terms? how do i go about this?? are they like a push fit?? and how do they go back together do they need sealing somehow, i have lack of knowledge lol thanks

Remove the metal clips and the fuel rail and they pull out. They can be a bit stubborn and you'll need new o-rings when you put them back in. If one is stuck, take your time and try to coax it out rather than pulling with all your might.

You're right, they're a push fit. An o-ring seals the injectors into the inlet. Be careful to pull them directly out, as if you lever them out at an angle there's a risk of pulling off the pintle caps, spacer and o-ring. Fuel rail side is again an o-ring.
Refit is reverse of removal - but inspect the o-rings for any damage first and replace if necessary.
