how to post images?

i cant seem to find the button that adds the [img] thingy to an image, or link or whatever.  ive had to get another link and modify it.  how is everyone else doing it?

he must have one of those add on's for windows or something to jazz them up.  used to have similar on mine but seemed to slow everything up!

haha, no he's using an apple mac.  does yours look the same as that?  can you post a screenshot and tell me what web browser you are using?  I've tested this thoroughly in firefox (why does anyone use anything else) and Internet Explorer but I dont have access to apple cacks.

no im using windows xp IE.  i used to have an option there as i used it.  now its gone.  looks the same as dans.
