Daryl

After a good few months of thinking i have decided to break my polo and sell for parts.

So the gearbox is up for sale

ATV box with a DR Engineering Gripper diff

The gear box had the diff put in by JP Race in 2008 and was serviced and filled with morris xsf 80/140 LSD oil
Few hundred miles later the oil was changed again using the same make and grade of gear oil.

Looking for £800 no offers
Located in Andover Hampshire
I also have all receipts for the gearbox.

I don't get on the internet much. So may take me a few days to reply

Thanks Daryl

Edit: After digging out the paper work found out that the diff is actually a DR Engineering Gripper diff.

The gearbox before having the diff fitted was on about 73,000 the guy for jp race was saying there was no wear or blueing on 5th (or any gear) perfect internals. Gearbox has done about 200 miles on rebuild. Also was bead blasted and laquered all seals, bearings etc were renewed

Amazing grip off the line acceleration sub 5 secs to 60. Running on a G40 with 181bhp and 180lbft. Handling out of this world with uprated driveshaft, subframe, coilovers etc.

For more info call Joe on 01264773313 or email on joekaluza@hotmail.co.uk for more info as he owned it before his piston meltage hence the sale!

Very interested in this!

How many miles has it done since rebuild? What spec car has it been run on?

Does the 'box change smoothly etc? How many miles on it before the rebuild?
