Thought this forum may be more suitable for selling these kind of parts so here goes.

Its time to break many of the modifications from my car now. I may break the entire car in the future but for now its just the bits i no longer require. Its mostly engine related parts, but if mods wish to move the topic due to other bits for sale then feel free.

Larger items will be collection only, or if you would like to arrange a courier thats fine too. Please PM me to arrange payment and postage. Cash on collection, or GOODS PURCHACE through paypal to ensure both parties have a record of purchace. This will incur a small charge but i will pay half of the additional cost (half of 3.4% of final sale cost). This will eliminate any possibility of scamming which is all to common these days. Genuine interest only please, please research prior to purchacing any parts.

G40 airbox. Drilled heavily. Excluding filter:

VW 085 gearbox as mated to 1272 AAV engines amongst others. Shifts well, no unusual noises. ! of the differential housing bolts has a dodgy thread but the leakage is minimal and will be a very easy fix for whoever uses it. 70,000 miles.

1994 mk3 starter motor, works with the mk3 flywheel on AEE/AFH conversions. It did jam a bit occasionally but never failed. Turns over strongly.

MK3 flywheel. VGC, no wear lip, teeth still all intact. Again, great for conversions as it is far lighter than the 6n units.

Modified AEE sump to use the AEE in a mk3 with a stage 3 subframe. Has oil return line for turbo welded in but this could be blanked if running N/A.

AEE cam cover. Still clean, will polish up well. Will work with other engines too but please check before purchace. Includes oil cap.

WEBER PICO IWP 043 high impedence 330ccm injectors. Used for 3 weeks (N/A then turbo). Made by InjectorTune.co.uk. Very high quality and added advantage of 4 hole conical spray pattern as opposed to the stock pencil stream injectors.

   330cc (31.5lb/hour) flow rate at 3bar (within 10%).‎
   16.2ohms (high impedance).
   Bosch EV1 style connector.
   Standard 14mm o-ring diameter.
   Standard 47mm o-ring to o-ring length.
   Stable in performance up to 5 bar, giving a maximum 426cc flow rate.
   4-hole pintle with fine, conical spray pattern for maximum power.
   Lifetime warranty (replacement).
   Equal in specification to IWP-043 / IWP043

I also have the stock AEE injectors which are 159ccm IIRC. Can include the stock plastic fuel rail too.

TIM electric oil pressure gauge, sender, and T-piece with adaptor. All functioning as it should with working light.

Mocal oil cooler kit. Used for 2 weeks and wing mounted so still in extremely good condition. Designed for Polo g40.
Includes: Thermostatic sandwich plate (81 degrees C iirc)
             Feed and return line
             13 row oil cooler
             Mounting bolts and oild filter thread for plate

1.5 week use distributor cap, rotor arm, and HT leads for AEE engine. I also have the AEE coil pack.

PERFORMANCE alley cat replicas with 4 x nankang toursport 611 tyres all with about 5mm central tread but 2 of them with inner edge wear (still legal as is not in the 75% measurable area). The wheels DO need a refurb to get to show standard. No curbing but pretty bad wather ingress under the laquer so they will need blasting. Great looking wheel on older polos though.

Size: 13 x 6 (though the wheel states 5.5J, measured at works tyre bay as 6J)
       Centre bore is 68mm so spigots will be required (if you want)

AEE inlet + Throttle body. inlet tapped and barb in place for boost reference.

Full intercooler KIT including vac lines. All hard pipe is 2.25" as are the IC inlets. Everything oictured is included other than the IAT sensor in one of the hard pipes. Specialist parts are the silicon reducer from the hard pipe to the K03 compressor, the reducer to the compressor inlet and the ducting to slide over it. The 90 degree reducer from the hard pipe to the AEE throttle body, the silicone T-piece to the recirc/dump valve, ball and spring type boost controller, The bosch recirc valve (perfect condition boxed), and the breather to vent the valve to atmosphere if wanted.

Intercooler spec:

2.25" (57mm) Inlet & Outlet
Max Pressure: 45psi
BHP Capacity: 350bhp

What turbo manifold did you use ? are you selling one as i have done this same conversion and would like a spare manifold
