Just a little notice to warn people of scammers, there has been a recent attempted scam on here, and on club polo a repeated scammer has took alot of money from people.

Please if you are buying parts, make sure it is CASH/COLLECTION, and if it isnt, do not make payment if it isnt returnable, much as people dont like paypal, it covers you incase it does go sour.

DO NOT DO BANK TRANSFERS/CHEQUE PAYMENTS.

This is just a warning, look into people that are selling, if they are new users, history, dont take the risk!

Some more comments from me:

- if something looks too cheap to be true, be suspicious. 

- if something is being sold by a brand new user be very careful.

- if you must send money to people, use Paypal as then you have a means to report it to them and could possibly get your money back.  A bank transfer isn't secure in this way.

- if you suspect a post on here is dodgy, report it right away using the "report to moderator" link that's on every thread.

- if you have been ripped off, report it to the police ASAP.  Club G40 admin will be more than willing to help the police out by giving them any information they request.

yes certainly useful to find out who has been selling stuff in the past and been good to deal with.

lots of people been done by user 'spink' on clubpolo. guys called michael hetherington. owes me £60 as of 2 years ago.

i would suggest deleting him from the internet if possible!
