Window wipers

What do you tend to use?

Do most tend to get them from halfords with trade card for a couple of quid or go elsewhere?

Expensive but has anyone tried PIAA silicone wipers? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300589776706?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_1266wt_1189

I got a pair of those aero blades like mk4 golfs etc have. I forget the manufacturer now but they pop straight onto standard arms and still clear the windscreen at 100+ ;)
They're not perfect but better than the standard style ones that float off at about 50.

I seem to remember either mk2 Scirrocco or Lupo wiper arms are meant to be good. Perhaps it was a mk2 scirocco motor and lupo arms? ALthough that's a lot of work compared to just swapping blades, lol

I'm not sure, I think normal ones wont fit i think they need "special" adaptors. I'm having a weekend of car stuff including picking up the other blade i ordered and forgt 5 weeks ago :/ I'll post back with brand and part no then.
