:D :D :D brilliant phil!  Finally something to link to when people on club polo don't believe that you can't just put a turbo or supercharger onto a normal polo engine.

I'm actually amazed it only lasted that long though.  Although you do seem to have a knack for breaking engines.

:D Phil, you got waaaay to much time on your hands!
I too am surprised it only lasted as long as it did though. Maybe, just maybe it was your "enthusiastic" driving style and perhaps slight lack of mechanical sympethy? ;D :-\
It's about time you sorted out the Mercs and bought some more cars methinks?

Did it burn out the Piston`s

or have you not stripped it yet to find out ?

Funny, I Laughed all the way through it.

Next time! take out the piston`s and machine
 2mm off the top.

 then it`ll last 4miles lol.

Be interesting to know what would have happened if you had put G40 pistons in to lower the compression. Assuming that the difference is the dish in top of piston. guess you had the G40 ecu an stuff on as well Phil.

still makes me laugh and i`ve shown it loads of folk.
