idling problem plus misfiring

got a problem on bready g40 car is missing on number 1 cyl  but when i turn idle screw all the way in it becomes fine and missing disappears.could it be inlet manifold gasket sucking air in ? any ideas would help.

Sounds like an air leak somewhere. The car should stall with the idle screw all the way in.
