Any one fitted one to a g40 ?

one was fitted to a mk1 derby a few years back, got 120bhp i think with the charger being the only mod, not sure what happened to it

Was fitted to my derby before I purchased it, made about 150 bhp with a 4 branch, exhaust, charge cooler, air filter, water injection and a chip.

The builder (Kam) had problems tensioning the charger and blew it up!!! Replacements are very expensive so he didn't bother.

I am pulling the engine out the derby as no kind of g40 lump will fit without chopping up the shell

Yes Kam used to be a club polo regular, not been for a while, he is still about though and still buying weird cars.  It was in PPC mag once too.
