Right well decided that instead of putting my gearbox with fixed diff back onto my car this weekend, it was about time I sorted out some better forum software so I've spent the weekend getting this working and transferring all users and posts etc...

Two things not copied over are:

PMs & attachements

If you need anything from PMs from the old forum send me a new PM on here and I'll get you the info.

Attachements, I'm probably not going to bother transferring as it's quite complicated.  Although if enough people moan I'll do it 

Also got lots of little things to sort out like better icons, making some pages look less cluttered etc... but will do this as I get time!

Seems beter but not being a big forum guru I'm still navigating my way around.  I think I'd be better with a bigger monitor, my 15"er just looks to busy with all the new info.

the karma thingy is just something with this forum.  It's kind of like a rating thing, if someone posts crap then people can "smite" their karma, if people post good stuff then then can add to it.

I see you're off to a good start on -2 already sam.

yeah it does need more colour, I'll look into that when I get a chance.

I gave Heysey +1 for effort on the new forum, and Sam -1 for dissing Karma! I think you should have to justfy your Karma decisions like feedback on ebay, then the reciever can see what he/she's done right or wrong.
