1W Engine

[Insight G40]

I'm selling a complete 1W engine.

This engine was built by my fiancee just before she moved down to live with me. It was briefly fitted to her car, but she didn't have time to finish it and get it properly mapped so took it out and refitted the 1272 PY. It has done about 300 miles so is not yet fully run in.

We had intended to refit it and build up mine (I recently sold it on here), however with a baby on the way have decided that we're never going to have time to complete these projects so are selling all our Polo bits.

The engine comes with

Fully built up 1473cc 1W block with PSD Accralite forged pistons and 1W crank.
All shell and barings etc used in the rebuild were purched new for this purpose.
Fully rebuilt G40 head. Fitted to block with metal head gasket.
PSD 9:1 compression ratio cam.
GT inlet manifold.

PSD safe chip to get the car running.

£1400 ono.

hiya mate. Is the engine just a engine and head or is it complete minus the gearbox. Dose it include injectors (are these standard) and alternator ect. Thanks paul
