polo g40 parts list can they be bought and how much?

i have a 91 black g40 i bought five years ago when i was 20.it has being off the road  a long time now and i need to get it roadworthy. here is a list of some of the parts i need/want but don,t know where to buy or how much they,ll cost.
1. coolant hose kit new/or uprated
2. distrubter complete
3.clear front indicators(hence off the road    )
4.sunroof rust prone parts rebuild kit
5.foglights normal/smoked and yellow 
6.all suspension bush,s standard and uprated
7.rear disc brake convernsion parts(what will i need

Ebay is normally good for stuff like indicators. I'm sure there's someone selling rear disk set-up on here too.
